Wisconsin Highways

Wisconsin is an upper Midwestern state that borders both Lake Superior and Lake Michigan. Additionally, Wisconsin borders Illinois, Iowa, Michigan and Minnesota.

Wisconsin is known as the Badger State, as well as America's Dairyland. Of course, it also is famous for those wacky Cheese-Heads who appear at Green Bay Packers football games.

Milwaukee is the largest city in Wisconsin; the capital is Madison.

Among the key two-lane highways running through Wisconsin are U.S. 10, U.S. 12, U.S. 18, U.S. 41 and U.S. 51. Also, the Great River Road extends north through the state.
